We are not liable for microphone hardware incompatibilities, browser speech synthesis limitations, or user operating system sound routing failures.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EnglishMamOnline, its developers, or its suppliers be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, or punitive damages (including loss of data, progress records, or study points) arising out of the use or inability to use the Platform materials, even if notified of such possibilities.
